Tpe Extruderline
The tpe extruderline is a fully integrated production system designed for manufacturing eco-friendly TPE foot pads. It ensures consistent softness, anti-slip performance, and uniform thickness, meeting demand for safe and sustainable floor protection.
The tpe extruderline integrates automatic feeding, extrusion, cooling, embossing, and winding modules. A loss-in-weight feeder supplies TPE pellets accurately, while a low-shear screw (38:1 L/D) gently melts the material without degrading elasticity.
Temperature control (160℃–190℃) and a custom flat die enable production of foot pads with thicknesses from 1mm to 5mm.
After extrusion, the sheet passes through a water-cooled calender for smooth surface finishing, then receives an adjustable anti-slip texture via embossing rolls (friction coefficient >0.7). The final automatic winding unit ensures straight-edge rolls with minimal waste.
Operated via a touchscreen interface, the line allows storage of multiple parameter sets for different designs. The resulting TPE foot pads are non-toxic, recyclable, durable, and suitable for both home and commercial use, offering a turnkey solution for eco-friendly product manufacturing.
